Which walking pads work with Apple Health?

The belt does not have to write Health itself. If it speaks Bluetooth FTMS, DeskWalker can log the session as an Indoor Walk. This list says what public notes report. It is not a test of every unit.

  • KingSmith WalkingPad A1. Mosey lists the A1 on KingSmith's own protocol, not FTMS. Source: Mosey pad list.
  • KingSmith WalkingPad A1 Pro. Same proprietary note as the A1. No FTMS. Source: Mosey pad list.
  • KingSmith WalkingPad C2. Mosey lists the C2 as proprietary. beltcontrol groups classic C2 units with the FE00 protocol, not FTMS. Source: Mosey pad list.
  • KingSmith WalkingPad R1 Pro. Mosey lists R1 and R1 Pro as proprietary, with no FTMS. Source: Mosey pad list.
  • KingSmith WalkingPad R2. Mosey lists the R2 on a second KingSmith protocol, not FTMS. Source: Mosey pad list.
  • KingSmith WalkingPad X21. Mosey says the X21 is proprietary. beltcontrol lists some X21 units under FTMS. The two notes disagree, so this page does not call it FTMS. Source: Mosey pad list.
  • KingSmith WalkingPad Z1. Mosey routes the Z1 to a generic FTMS driver, from the QZ device table. Not a test by this site. Source: Mosey pad list.
  • KingSmith WalkingPad R3 Hybrid+. Mosey says FTMS is listed for the R3 Hybrid+ in the QZ device table. Source: Mosey pad list.
  • Urevo SpaceWalk 3S (URTM024). Mosey says FTMS is listed for this model in the QZ source. Source: Mosey pad list.
  • Urevo SpaceWalk E1L. Mosey lists the E1L as proprietary, unlike the SpaceWalk 3S. Source: Mosey pad list.
  • DeerRun Models that use the PitPat app. Mosey lists DeerRun pads on the PitPat app as a proprietary protocol, not FTMS. Source: Mosey pad list.
  • Egofit Walker Pro (M1T). Mosey says FitShow modules expose FTMS beside the vendor protocol. The page marks this as not yet verified on their hardware. Source: Mosey pad list.
  • Sportstech sPad500. Mosey verified speed, incline, start, and stop on this pad. The FitShow module exposes FTMS. Source: Mosey pad list.
  • Mobvoi Home Treadmill. Mosey cites Zwift and Kinomap listings plus the QZ table as FTMS evidence. A full-size treadmill, not an under-desk pad. Source: Mosey pad list.

How to sync with DeskWalker

  1. Check this list, or the manual, for FTMS (Fitness Machine Service). "Works with our app only" usually means a private Bluetooth protocol.
  2. Open DeskWalker next to the pad and connect. FTMS pads can share speed with the app.
  3. Walk. DeskWalker logs an Indoor Walk to Apple Health, including sessions from a pad that never writes Health on its own.
  4. If the pad is not FTMS, DeskWalker cannot read the belt. You can still log a session by hand, and Journeys can fill in from the distance you record.

"Writes to Apple Health directly" on this page means the belt or the maker's app writes Health without another app. None of the notes above say that, so every row is No. A later source can change a row. The movement page keeps a separate list for pads confirmed with DeskWalker, and that list is still empty.
