About

One indie developer, private on-device apps.

Life Protocol is where my healthy-aging apps meet. Each one tracks one thing well, runs on your iPhone, and needs no account.

I build small iPhone apps around a simple idea: healthy aging comes down to a few things you can measure and train. Fitness, daily movement, sleep and grip are a good place to start.

Every app keeps your data on your device. There are no accounts and no servers in between. The apps share data only through Apple Health, and only with your permission.

The free tools on this site follow the same rule. They run in your browser and store nothing. Benchmarks are shown only when they're backed by a published source.

Life Protocol is not medical advice. The apps track, estimate and show trends. Talk to a clinician about health decisions.
