1. About the Service

LifeProtocol.club is a community application for sharing user-created “protocols” (structured playbooks, routines, and methods). It is a platform that hosts user-generated content. There are no paid plans at this time.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and promptly notifying us of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the law.

3. No Professional Advice

All protocols and related content are informational and subjective. They do not constitute medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice. Before implementing any protocol—especially those affecting health or safety—consult an appropriate professional. You use any protocol at your own risk.

4. Community Interactions

Users can follow creators, try protocols, leave comments, and upvote content. You agree to use these features respectfully and lawfully. Do not engage in harassment, spam, manipulation (e.g., fake upvotes), or impersonation.

5. Prohibited Content

• Illegal content or content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Harmful or dangerous activities, self-harm encouragement, or unsafe medical claims
• Hate speech, harassment, or threats
• Spam, scams, or deceptive practices
• Impersonation of professionals or other individuals

6. Moderation, Notice-and-Action, and Appeals

We use automated tools and human review to enforce these Terms. Users may report content in-app. When we take action, we provide a statement of reasons. You can appeal decisions via our internal complaint channel. Aggregated statistics appear in transparency reports.

7. Reporting Illegal Content

Use the in-app report tool or e-mail contact@lifeprotocol.club. To help us act quickly, include:

• URL(s) or unique identifiers of the content
• Why you believe it is illegal (cite law/rights if possible)
• Description of the issue and any supporting context
• Your contact e-mail
• A good-faith statement that the information is accurate

8. Repeat Infringer Policy

We may limit features, suspend, or terminate accounts that repeatedly or egregiously violate these Terms or the law, considering context and severity.

9. License to Your Content

By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, adapt formatting, and distribute your content within the Service to operate and improve the platform.

10. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your content. Do not post content that infringes others’ rights. Our trademarks, branding, and software are protected and may not be used without permission.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users or comply with the law. We will provide a statement of reasons where required.

12. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

13. Third-Party Services and Links

Links or integrations may point to third-party services we do not control. Their terms and privacy practices apply to your use of those services.

15. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law or our Service. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by e-mail. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland and applicable European Union law.
